Privacy policy

Data controller: Fundacja Muzyka Bez Granic (Music Without Borders Foundation), based in Wodzisław Śląski, Poland, which runs Silesian Chamber Choir Ad libitum. Contact for data matters: adlibitumchor@gmail.com.

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message, and optionally an organisation and planned date. We use these data to read and reply to your message, based on the Foundation's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); discussions about entering a contract may also rely on Article 6(1)(b). Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address and message we cannot reply. We do not use the form for a newsletter. Messages are deleted no later than two years after receipt unless a specific legal obligation or ongoing claim requires longer storage.

Authorised Foundation staff and the hosting and email providers operating the site and mail delivery may access the messages. The site stores essential session data and your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures visits and interactions on the site. Its script and cookies load only with your consent, which you can withdraw through “Cookie settings” in the footer. YouTube and Spotify players load only when clicked; their providers then process data under their own policies.

You may request access, correction, erasure and restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Data portability applies where the GDPR conditions are met. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO). We do not make automated decisions based on contact form data.
